Shipping & Returns
If you live locally, we offer customers the option of store pickup. Place your order online, and choose the pick-up option at the checkout and we will advise you via email or phone when it is ready for collection.
- Web orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 days.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the goods have been shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please call us immediately to determine the status of your order.
Within Australia, goods will be shipped via Australia Post, at a flat rate of $7.60 per order.
All orders over $100.00 will be shipped free of charge
International orders will be shipped via Australia Post International Registered Mail, and prices are calculated prior to shipment.
We will do our utmost to ensure your package arrives safely, however please note that we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged within the postal system.
Out of Stock Items:
You will be notified via email of any items that are currently out of stock. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a back-order facility.
We appreciate your business, and would like you, our customer, to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, please choose carefully as we cannot exchange goods if you made a wrong choice, or changed your mind. If you need to return goods, please call us to discuss. Cases will be dealt with on an individual basis. Goods to be returned will be subject to the following conditions and will be replaced with goods of equal value.
- Please call or email us to obtain a Return Authority number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package.
- Return postage is to be paid by the customer, and goods must be returned within 14 days of dispatch.
- Items must be returned in the original state i.e. in the original packaging and condition that we sent them. Partial returns will not be accepted.
- Items on special and discounted items are not returnable, unless they are faulty.
- Faulty items, or goods sent in error will be replaced and delivered at no cost.
- We recommend insuring all return mail to NEED4BEAD to ensure delivery. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Please note that we cannot offer cash refunds.
